With over a decade of experience in the engineering field, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to a wide array of projects across various industries, including marketing Telcos and Healthcare. My expertise lies in backend and infrastructure engineering, with a particular focus on cloud architecture utilizing AWS. My preferred language for backend development is Golang, a choice that reflects my commitment to efficiency and reliability in software solutions. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside talented individuals in dynamic teams, fostering a passion for continuous learning and collaboration. I am currently working in RVOHealth a company that targets several health markets with a focus on the patient experience. I am a senior software engineer in the Charlotte, NC office. My role involves designing and implementing scalable solutions that ensure the platform’s reliability and performance. I am excited to be part of a team that is dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes and making a positive impact on people’s lives.

I am currently working as a Senior software developer at RVOHealth in Charlotte, NC. I work with leading healthcare brands to optimize and cost reduce architecture and code. As our company has expanded I take legacy procedures and applications and modernize them to be more efficient and cost effective.

Road to Hire’s High School, College and Apprenticeship programs serve first-gen college students, students of color and students from low-income backgrounds.

I was part of the programs Beta class. The program was a 6 month intensive program that taught software development and coding. I learned the basics of coding and software development. Recieved mentorship from industry professionals and was able to work on real world projects. At the end of the program I was able to secure a job at RedVentures as a Junior Engineer. After graduation I worked with the non-profit to help mentor and teach the next class of students, I gave talks and organized events to help the students learn and grow.

I was an Honor/AP student at North Lincoln High School. I was part of the LCSNC school which was a seperate campus that offered techonology classes. There I leaned about computer hardware and troubleshooting when building a PC.

I was a member of the National Honor Society, the Beta Club, Spanish Club, and FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America). I was also a member of the varsity soccer team and the varsity track team.
